We've just received an order as an agency but we're not yet verified.

It asks to verify my personal account but not an agency. But further for withdrawal we need to withdraw to an agency bank account and be legal with taxes etc. What shall we do? Verify identity of frelancer's account and then verify Company account? What is the process?

Hi Slava,

I would like to clarify that the verification you`re referring to is not connected in any way with your ability to withdraw your funds. You will also need to complete your W-8BEN form in order to be able to withdraw funds under the agency profile. Thank you.
