Hi,
I asked a Support team to transfer agency ownership on the first dates of August. They changed it but did it incorrectly. So, now the owner is the same as he was, and my account that had to be an agency owner doesn't have any rights in an agency at all.
I wrote to a Support team on 8 August, but since then, they just answered that they are in a process. For 2.5 months I still waiting with no information when it could be solved. Does someone have a similar situation?

Thank you for your attention, and I hope it'll be solved soon.
I tried creating a different ticket, but it didn't work. They connect new tickets with old ones, where a support agent answers the same each time.
