Want to create agency account.

I can see a client account in my freelancer profile but am unable to find an agency account.

Hi Muhammad,

I checked and that's because you already had an agency account in the past. Note that you can only be the owner of one agency. I went ahead and restored it for you so now you should be able to access it by clicking your photo on the top right corner of the main page.

Hi Luiggi I believe I am also in a similar situation, I had an agency, which I then closed and I am looking to create one now, since I am better prepared but now I can't find the option to do that in my account any more, how do I resolve this

Hi Luiggi,

Since I got the initial response from the support agent 6 days ago stating that the old agency I closed is  still active but it is not displayed on my main menu and that I will be updated, there has been no further update as regards the issue with my account, this issue has set me back a couple of days already and is delaying other activities I have to carry out, so I will appreciate if this is resolved ASAP.

I've had it rough getting a job on upwork, am transitioning from fiverr, any ideas..or agency I should join..
