Want to recover deleted on my own Agency account

Hi,

I am looking for support as I would like to know if it is possible to recover the agency account back. 

Almost 3 years back, I deleted my own agency REGAINZ TECHNOLOGIES due to some conflicts with my working in another company. But now I would like to continue with freelancing and have my agency back if possible.
