I just created an agency. Can I put previous work that was not done under the agency's name in the agency's portfolio?

I meant to ask if I can use work that I have done as an independent freelancer before starting the agency, in my agency portfolio? Or does the work in my agency portfolio have to be work that the agency was hired to do and not the independent freelancer?
