What percentage should be for agency project earning?

Hey everyone,

I am a Top-rated seller on Upwork with a 100% job success score. I just got an invitation from the agency owner to join the agency. Agency is willing to give me a 70% of the total earnings from each project completed by me after deduction of the Upwork fee. The percentage is feasible or should I need to discuss it with the manager regarding percentage?

Payments from agencies to agency members are not protected or facilitated by Upwork. How much the agency members are to be paid is determined by the agency and the agency members.
