Which one is better for a company? Agency or Freelancer Account

Hi 

We are a software company  located in UK. We like to create an  account for our company in UpWork. Is it possible to create  such an account? Which one we should choose agency or freelancer account?

What about bank account it should belong to an individual  or to the company? 

If there is any thing we need to be aware please let us know.

However, in order to create an agency, you'll first need to create a freelancer account for the agency owner. Regarding bank accounts and getting paid, all agency contracts are paid to the agency's account. You can set up a bank account under your name or the company name.
