Whitelabel or Third party time tracking

I need to know if we can use a third party software for time tracking or if you have a whitelabel solutio for your work diary. We want our clients to track our agent's time but we don't want them to see Upwork as our main source of contracts.

They can easily open an upwork account and try to contact clients through their accounts. It's creating a bit of a situation for us.

Upwork has no restrictions on using third-party software for time tracking.

Freelancers may use a third-party software program in addition to using the Upwork time-tracker.

OR freelancers may use the third-party software ONLY, and record their time manually in their Upwork work diary in order to get paid.

OR freelancers may use a third-party software program purely as a way to record their time, in conjunction with fixed-price contracts.

Also: If you have freelancers and want them to NOT use the Upwork time-tracker tools at all, then theoretically you could ask them to use a third-party software application ONLY. And then you could pay the freelancers using the Bonus tool. But you're talking about an agency, correct? So you would pay them directly. That's not at issue.
