Hi, I made a request for a bilingual User Agreement and they sent it to me signed by the Chief People Oﬃcer, Zoe Harte. Please clarify if it is correct that the User Agreement is signed by Zoe Harte, Chief People Oﬃcer, and the Confirmation of Services is signed by Michelle Appleberg, Director of Customer Support. Why are these two documents signed by different persons? I am clarifying this information as of December 21, 2021
