Why I am not able to select "Exclusive"

Dear sir,

I have an agency account and have one person working on the profile. I want to make that person setting as "Exclusive" but not able to do so.

If you can raise a ticket, I can upload the screenshot.

Hi Maulik,

You can't set the member as Exclusive if they have affiliation with another agency or active contracts/proposals. In your case, it's caused by the active contracts/proposals so kindly check on that.

Can you explain more? This account is not attched with other agency.

What needs to be done in order to mark as Exclusive?

Hi Maulik,

As Aleksandar mentioned, you're not able to become an Exclusive Member of the Agency because you have active contracts/proposals on your freelancer profile. Once that is clear, you should be able to go to the Agency's Settings > Members & Permissions and edit your status to Exclusive.
