Hi!
Our agency has been actively working on Upwork since last May and ahs earned over 20K. We decided to attract a new expert on our team, but his profile (**Edited for Community Guidelines**) was denied for some reason. Everything is filled out. He has his photo, great expertise, he even joined our Agency proving he's not some random guy. What else should he do to make his profile valid?
Best, Alexey

Hi Alexey,
Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss the details of another user's account with you for privacy reasons. Please let the freelancer know to reach out to us on any official Upwork social media pages so that we can assist them further with their account. You can find the direct links in the footer section of the Community as shown in this screenshot.
Thank you.

Considering how Upwork is literally drowning in surplus freelancers, everyone who joins anessentially already dramatically overcrowded platform is "a random guy". Joining an agency does not give a freelancer any more credibilty

Hi Petra,
Fine, then, please tell, what needs to be done to get his profile accepted? We have no idea what might be wrong. Leaving aside him being on the agency, he has pretty cool expertise in embedded development, photo where he can be easily recongnisable, skills, no projects yet, cause his profile was turned down before he has a chance to put any.
What is not okay?

It's nothing to do with something being wrong. The platform has way too many freelancers. Most new profiles are not accepted, and even of those that are accepted, the vast majority never win a job.
