Will the account be blocked if user is logged from two IP-addresss?

Hi,

In our agency, we have a user who works from home due to lockdown reasons, while the required for project hardware environment is installed on a company PC. He has to log hours on a company PC for one client, while he communicates with another one in chat from home, thus he wil be using two different IP-addresses in different towns. Will his account be blocked? How can it be avoided? It is one and the same person, he shares no account information, it's just that otherwise he will fail the project.
