getting paid payment status pending

Hi I am a newbie agency...My payment status is shown pending for over 1 week now...

Invoice for 05/17/2021-05/23/2021 - 2:00 hrs @ $100.00/hr

$200.00 Pending

can somebody please help what is going on?

Hi Kushal,

I checked and it looks like this is for an hourly contract. When working for hourly contracts, all-time logged in your Work Diary, whether tracked or added as manual time, is automatically invoiced to your client using the schedule below.

• Week 1 – You log time using the Upwork Desktop App (Time Tracker)
• Week 2 – Your time is invoiced to your client on Monday and they have until Friday to review your work
• Week 3 – Earnings become available on the following Wednesday

The transaction in your Transaction History page that shows pending also has the date indicated as to when the funds should be available for you to withdraw. You can learn more about getting paid for hourly contracts in this help article.

It showed 26th May as date the funds should be transferred to my account
but it didn't happen...any clue?

Hi Kushal,

In the information you posted in this thread, the transaction shows that the funds should be available for withdrawal by June 2nd. Are you referring to a different transaction? If you do, please share the transaction ID.
