profile rate is not updating

we are aerometric technologies. we have made an account for the business manager. We are trying to update his hourly rate but it's not updating we have tried a lot of time will you please check this issue for us!

Hi Hitesh,

Could you please switch to the Agency account in order to access the Agency Ruster and you should be able to edit your rate there since your an exclusive agency member?
