I recently changed "Agency Contractor Type" for a member of our team, so I could change the hourly rate displayed on her account, understanding exclusive members are not able to change the hourly rate value.
Once the change had been done, I reverted the member back to "Exclusive" but changes show as pending. This member does not have an open contract or proposal. Would you please kindly remind me how to resolve the issue.

Hi Behnam,
Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you’re able to update the user's exclusivity under the Settings > Members and Permissions.? Let us know if the issue persists.
