Hi, I'm having a hard time finding a name for my agency, now it's Sunshine Technologies but I found out that this name is already of a enterprise somewhere; when I find an original name must I register it somewhere so make sure I'm original enough?

Under what name is your business trading in your home country?

You may also want to remove the suspended chap from your agency, it doesn't give a good impression. Did you just add random stangers to your agency?

I don't have a business name, I just have an agency in Upwork, where must I go to register a business name?

My freelancers are preselected/cured to verify they're qualified enough.

Could you allow me one more question, when I associate my bank account it asks me for a cuit, but it don't tell if the cuit of the bank account or my own cuit, when I created my bank account the bank gave me a cuit it's not the same as of my person, so what cuit is Upwork talking about?
