statement of account / refunds

Hi,

I have made several payments to my freelancers over the past year but i cannot seen anywhere what i have paid out in a statement format. Also i was due a refund for a case and i cannot see that anywhere? 

The usuability of this on the site is very poor.

Hi Imran,

Thanks for reaching out to us. To view all your transactions and download invoices, you can go to Reports > Transactions, adjust the date filter, and click on the 'Ref ID' of the specific transaction. Once the popup opens, you should see a link to download the invoice. 

Regarding your refund, I checked, but couldn't find the contract you are referring to. Could you please send me a private message with the contract ID so that I can check and assist you further?
