stay on Agency Basic

Dear Team,

I received such a notification once I logged in:

Starting in August 2024, you must have an Agency Plus plan to enjoy full agency access and perks.

I read the information written in the HelpCenter and want to confirm with you that we can stay on Agency Basic for now and switch to Agency Plus once we are ready to do so, right? I mean we are not obliged to switch in August?

You can stay on the Basic plan and continue working on your existing contracts, and receive direct offers, and invitations from Enterprise clients. However, you will not be able to bid for any new jobs or accept new offers until you upgrade to Plus.

Thank you for reaching out. You are correct—there is no obligation to switch to the Agency Plus plan in August 2024. You can continue using the Agency Basic plan and upgrade to Agency Plus whenever you're ready to access the additional features and perks. Premium IPTV
