unable to add member

Hello, I sent an invitation to one member to join my team. I have already created an agency pro account. She accepted the invitation, but I am not able to see her name as a member, and she can not see the agency information.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble seeing your agency member's name. I checked and noticed that you have some pending invitations. If you could please click here to check them out. It seems there might not be an account connected to the email address where the invitations were sent. Would you mind checking in with your agency member to confirm the email address linked to her Upwork account?

Hi Veena. It sounds like a frustrating situation, but don’t worry—there are a few things you can try to resolve this.

1. Check the Member’s Status:

  • Sometimes, even after accepting an invitation, it can take a little while for the system to fully update. Double-check if the member is showing as pending in the "Agency Roster" section. If she’s still pending, there may be a delay in the system.

2. Account Type:

  • Make sure the member’s account type is compatible with the agency. If her account isn’t set up as a freelancer profile (or isn’t fully verified), that could be why she’s not fully integrated into the agency yet.

It sounds like you’ve got the right setup with your Agency Pro account, so hopefully this is just a small technical glitch that will be fixed soon!
