unable to make member exculusive

I'm unable to make an existing agency member exclusive ,it showing the member may have affiliation or pending proposal for any other agency , but i checked none of these issues found .

If the freelancer you're trying to invite to your agency as an exclusive member has active contracts/proposals or is affiliated with a different agency, they won't be able to join yours. I'm afraid we can't discuss that freelancer's account status with you for privacy reasons, but you can advise them to get in touch with us directly for assistance.

My Agency has the same issue. They are trying to send me an exclusive contract but the "exclusive" option is greyedout. I also check my proposals and it's zero, i also withdraw all the pending proposals on my archived but still they've encountered the same error.

I'm facing same issue I want to change my team member from "Non-Exclusive" to "Exclusive". He've already withdrawn any active proposals and there are no any active contract is on going but still "Exclusive" options show grey out.

It would be best to check in with your agency member to see if there are any pending or available funds in their individual freelancer account, as those need to be withdrawn before you can switch the membership to exclusive.
