Account Suspension

 My account has been suspended for more than 30 hrs. I've done everything I can and they required me to do to resolve it. I sent more than 10 emails to the customer support and still haven't heard back from them. Especially they withdrew all my current proposals and some of these proposals were well-paid.  I tried to talk with the customer representatives and they all said they have no control over and unable to put me through to someone who can restore my account.  The customer service of Upwork really disappointed me.

Hi Avery,

My account has been suspended due to submitting higher number of proposals. 

 

Please kindly review my case because I really want to work with upwork so please its a request. It was a mistake and it will never happen again.
