i was suspended recently with no notification , no email stating the reason, notthing just
saying that my account is suspended
i have contacted player support 4 times no one is replying
this is just unprofessional.
and im sure i didnt brake any rule, and belive me i've read every rule and guidelines
im just losing money and time

When I was new to Upwork, started a contract, I was suspended because the account needed to be verified for identity and when i needed to verify it, Internet failed. I contacted technical support, and they said that they needed 3-4 days to solve this issue (escalating the issue included). This was like a kick, obviously, because one comes here to work, not to hang around, but finally they solved the issue. You have to be insistent with technical support.
