Thanks Upwork for complicating my existence. I'm going through the situation that Payoneer has generated, where my funds were frozen, yes I know that this has nothing to do with you. Now you make me link my paypal account with my upwork account, which I have done without problem ... and now you tell me that in 3 business days I will be able to use the option to send payments to Paypal...Seriously thanks...

I can confirm that the email you've received is indeed from Upwork and I've just merged your posts to the official announcment. When you originally added PayPal, you were not required to link your account with Upwork. To help ensure the safe transfer of your funds, we now need you to connect your PayPal account with Upwork.
