Announcing Job Search on Upwork's iOS App

We’ve been hard at work building Upwork iOS app features for freelancers since launching mobile hiring for clients earlier this year. Today, we’re releasing a feature many of you have asked for on our iOS app – job search.

Here’s what’s new in the latest update:

    • Find and save interesting jobs to follow up on later

    • Pick up where you left off with saved searches

    • Filter searches by type, budget, experience level, and more

    • Bid on projects, write cover letters, and submit proposals (with files!)

Simply tap the “Jobs” tab at the bottom of your screen (from the iOS Upwork App) in your freelancer context to start browsing. You can find more information in our blog post here.

We've been listening to all of your feedback and we're working hard to provide a mobile app to make you more productive on Upwork. Keep the feedback coming - we're definitely listening and we're excited to be taking the steps towards a fuller mobile experience.

It's great that the app now supports job search.

But it is still prteey much unusable on an iPad (Air). It's pixelated (at 2x?!) and it uses the iOS...6? keyboard - please see the attachments.

Please adapt the UI for tablets as soon as possible!

Thank you,

PS. And, seriously, I cannot attach PNGs to this message? 2001 much?
