Once you meet all of the requirements listed here you'll get a Top Rated badge on your profile. We do advise users to communicate with their clients and close open contracts that haven't had any activity in an extended period of time.

Why have not I got the top rated badge?

 

Also I have a paused contract. Don't you think it is because of this contract?
