AGREED!

I didn’t even realize they’re be throttling the use of the search platform for “basic”.

"Currently, we don't have any plans to change the pricing."

I respect their honesty in admitting they DON'T CARE.

I don't respect their attitude.

We will be looking to move business to other platforms, this is a terrible decision from upwork

Just catching up on this. So to clarify:

- The processing charge was raised to 3%

- At the same time you introduced a new payable plan for such basic features as the weekly summary report, and hobbled the search

- You promised grandfathering of plans for long time loyal users

- You reneged on that grandfathering

Is that the summary so far?

Pretty much. In summary: go ... ah, it'll be edited anyways.

Terrible.  Upwork service, rates and quality have deteriorated.  I wish for the old Elance.

As much as I hoped they wouldn't go this way, they did. Time to first squeeze the freelancers and then hike the rates on their customers.

My company, which has been doing business here for quite a number of years, we will no longer be using your service. Once our active contracts are complete, we'll be moving to a different platform.

Lena,

Why do this to your faithful customers?  Why not legacy and have this affect the new customers only?

the ceo must have thought he was a genius ...

i was mainly using it for the the screenshots. Upwork ceo forced me to find a couple better (and cheaper) solutions
