Hello, I'd like to switch back to Basic (temporarily). Before I do can you confirm that I keep all my connects on my balance (since I've already paid for them)?
I did see some older 2016 posts and some more recent inquiries but they didn't specifically ask/answer re: connects.

I tried to use my cousin's credit card with his permission who resides in the US. From then onwards his name got into my primary billing method. Now Upwork is trying to verify my account with his name. I couldn't edit it back to my name. Please Help me out to complete my identity verification process.
