Hello I want help can you please help me. I am having Free Basic plan. I cant able to bid on any projects since many months. Also I had bid on some projects before. so after using bid it will get back if project is closed or submit to others? Another question if I want to take Plus Membership plan for one month only then is it possible to do. I dont want to renew automatically. Plz must feedback me. Thanks

Hi Prashant, 

 

If you do not want to upgrade your membership, you can still purchase connects from your account. 

Connects are not sold individually, but bundles begin at $1.50 for 10 Connects. Regardless of which bundle you choose, all Connects are priced at $0.15 apiece. Here are your bundle options:

 

10 for $1.50

20 for $3

40 for $6

60 for $9

80 for $12

 

This can vary based on your location, but all Upwork users will be able to purchase Connects with a credit card or prepaid card. If you aren’t able to use a credit card or prepaid card or you don’t have an Upwork balance, in many cases you’ll be able to use PayPal. To see the options available to you, click here. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am having Debit Visa Card which can
used as International. But Everytimes I treid to Buy connects it will fail.
Also I had linked PayPal account in my upwork account but that was also not
running from that also I got failure transaction msg which is my different
account and different bank. As you had mentioned that I can buy bids for
1.50$ 3$ 6$ 10$ 12$. I had tried each but not a single transaction is done
successfully. So please give any more suggestions or please solve my query
if you can check my account please must check. I want to start my work
immediately. Thanks!!! Must feedback me I will wait for your reply!!!

My Billing Cycle was May 26 - June 26. Now July 01 but my connects are not added on my account.s.png

Hi Intisar,

 

All freelancers were moved to paid connects only. This means that freelancers on our basic plan won't be receiving free connects anymore. Thank you.

when will be more free connects be added to my account
