Expanding Job Search Filters

We are introducing a new look to the job search page on desktops to visibly display available job filters on the left side of the job search page, instead of hidden behind a button at the top. We have found that although tucking our filters behind this icon looks clean, many were unaware of the available job filters behind it. With this change, we want to ensure freelancers are able to have easy access to all filters that are important to them when finding and searching for jobs.

We are also testing out some new filters with more categories. We appreciate any feedback you have on job search filters as we continuously seek to improve your experience and help freelancers find the right jobs for them.

Tip: Once you have filtered your job search to your liking, click “save search” so that your filters will be saved for your next job search.

Hi Ania,

I just double checked this from my end and was able to set the minimum rate to $14 simply by typing 14.
I didn't use any signs on my end. Could you please try it again and if you`re experiencing the same problem, please share a screenshot from your end.

I would like to confirm that at the moment we don't have a filter that will enable you to filter jobs for a certain rate.

Thank you.

Ahh I thought it was under the budget settings. Is there a way to filter a search so I'm not getting jobs that only offer before $14? Thanks

That is the budget (fixed rate) - it does not apply to the hourly rate.

As far as I know, there is no current way to filter for hourly rates.

Hi Ania,

I apologize for the confusion, please note that we currently do not have an hourly rate filter available in job search. We have shared this feedback with our Product team and we are currently considering different options.

I'm also moving your post and this conversation to the announcement discussing new job search filters we're testing.

Hi! I would like to know if everything is ok with the site? Since recently, I very often see work that is not based on my skills. and some, the message that is addressed to a specific freelancer. Thanks!
