We’re posting to let you know we’re updating our Fixed Price Service Contract Escrow Instructions. These changes are effective June 26, 2023.
These changes streamline the Fixed Price dispute process by shortening the time for the dispute window from 21 to 14 days and by creating a single, 7-day window to initiate an arbitration, as opposed to the two-step process that existed before.
