Hmmm...how did she put those tags in there [the post].... In blue but not links. Maybe just for the community search feature. Time to check my community account settings for clues about tags....

In the Job Feed video, at around 1:10, you can see that the profiled contractor has "25 applications remaining". I thought 20 was the maximum quota of active applications allotted. Right?
For new freelancers it may be highest 20 based on profile completion.
After you have completed your first job. Your quota is increased based on your rating.
eg. An overall feedback score between 1.00 and 1.99 = five extra job applications. That means a total of 25
Aseem, that's not what the page says. The method of determining quota differs depending on whether the contractor has recieved any feedback or not. Those aren't extra slot allotments added after completing one's first job. I've a 4.97 rating in 48 jobs and I've a quota of 20, not 40.
Yes that is true indeed. I made a suggestion by adding my own job quota and applications and forgot the fact that job applications are refreshed every 7 days. My Bad.
Anyways, it will be interesting to see if there is anything else we can do to add more job applications. Let's wait for Odesk Mods to answer this.
Or may be the video is just outdated and odesk changed its policies again.
Eg. in "Create An Odesk Profile" video seems to be missing the points about latest features like creating an intro video and attaching the portfolio items to work history and feedback.
