Freelancers that are required to verify but do not do so within 7 days of our notification will have their accounts placed on hold. The hold will prevent freelancers from withdrawing earnings, submitting proposals to new jobs, accepting direct hires, or showing up in search results. Any active proposals that have been submitted will also be canceled. The hold will not affect your ability to work on existing contracts. Once you successfully pass the verification process, this hold will be removed.

Hi, I need some help. I signed up on this account using a nickname to be safe so I wouldn't get looked up on social media. But I can't connect my bank account. So I changed my name. And I need to verify my ID. Okay, I upload my ID but the way it works in my state is that I have to have my middle intital so the way my name is printed on my ID is last name, first name, middle inital. And the verification isn't working probably because of my middle initial. Is there a way to fix this??
