Can you help me? I am having the same problem. I click 'Chat now' which takes me to the Customer Service page but it instantly refreshes to the homepage of Customer Service and won't let me navigate to any other pages - it just refreshes the page.

I was just required today to perform ID verification. I have no problem verifying my ID except that I have a NonDriver State Identification Card which is now expired. As I am disabled and unable to renew it due to Covid 19, I am unsure as to what to do. I have all of my documents and have done the photo verification. My address has changed as the ID is issued for 8 years and I have moved. What can I do to verify my ID?
It shows the issue is solved. How should I proceed? I have open proposals and would like to resolve the issue before their is a hold placed on my account. Thank you for your assistance.
