Do you still see the screen to accept the User Agreement and can't get past it?


You still need to complete your profile by going to Find Work> Profile and select your Membership in your Settings> Memberships & Connects before you are able to apply for jobs on Upwork.

I am sending this on behalf of my main client. My role in his company is to connect and onboard everyone in the team across all various time zones. So everytime he hires a new member, I am usually added to the thread and I take it from there.

As with the recent update, my client and I have noticed that he could no longer add me in conversations using the Upwork platform. What are the necessary steps to resolve this?

Does your client gets any errors when he tries to add you in the message room?
