You do already automatically receive back connects from jobs that are taken down due to TOS violations. Check your connects history. If it doesn't show up in 24 hours, then reach out to CS, but it will likely be there before then.
I would like to clarify that you will not receive bonus Connects when you're responding to an invitation for an interview. Here’s how it works:
1. Submit a proposal to a job
2. Receive a request from a client to interview
3. Respond, connect, and earn a bonus of 10 Connects!

I got interviewed for my 3 proposals with 3 different clients, One on 27/05/2021 and Two on 28/05/2021, but i received only 10connects for the interview i had on 27/05/2021.
Can you please check?
I checked your account and it looks like there were Connects added to your account already. Please check your Connects History and adjust the date accordingly. It takes at least 24 hours for the Connects to be automatically added to your profile.
