New Identity Verification Badge available soon for Top Rated Freelancers

Dear Upwork Team,

I did the identify verification because of identify verification badge. And It was successfully verified on 2019-07-06. But I can't see badge in my profile and also can see the identify verification badge in the first page.

Please help me on that.

I think my id verfied but I didn't video-call  yet. Because I can't do the video-call.

How can I do the video-call?

In order to complete the ID verification badge process, please go to your Account - Settings - Identity verification and click on the ''Start Chat'' button and complete a short video call.

Hi Bojan,

 

I have issue with this video verify, after done with the 1st step, UpWork ask me to finish by click 'Start Chat', but it opens a plain help page only.

I don't received any new mail as well.

I have tried many time but nothing changed, may I miss anything?

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to get a verified badge on my freelacing profile however I cannot clikc on the "Next" button, its always unavialable. 

 

It only becomes available if I change the "Issuing Country" from "United Kingdom" to any other country. 

 

What do I need to do to get this badge?
