Hi! I think I'm not clear to my concern. What I meant is the only Valid ID I can give is the NBI Clearance but unfortunately my appointment is on April 23, and my deadline is on Apr, 08. Can I request to give a temporarily one first? Barangay ID and Barangay Certificate for a meantime? I promise to give NBI once I've received it. Below is the date of my appointment. Thank you!

Hi Yna, 

I checked with our team and we don't accept Barangay ID and Barangay Certificate, but you can submit your NBI clearance once you get it. Your account will probably be temporarily on hold but it shouldn't affect your ongoing contracts. You should upload your ID as soon as you are able to.

If you are required, you’ll be notified upon log in to complete the verification process by uploading a non-expired government-issued photo ID and meeting with us for visual verification. After we’ve confirmed your identity, the new badge will be displayed on your profile.
