We've updated the US location verification process to now include US passports. The original announcement post has been updated to reflect these changes.

My screen stays on the "Upload an Image of Your ID" page.  I select the file, but it doesnt appear to upload and I never get to the "Results" page!

I've tried multiple times to upload my passport for identity verification purposes. It showed multiple errors the first time around, and now that I have clicked on other jobs, it is prompting to verify my identity again. However, when I click on the "verify my identity" button, it says I am not eligible to verify my location. I need this to get worked out soon as I am hoping to apply to several more jobs this week.

I'm trying to do this but no image ever shows up and I get a message that there was an error with my ID.  How do I get around this?
