Hello, 

 

I've tried multiple times to upload my passport for identity verification purposes. It showed multiple errors the first time around, and now that I have clicked on other jobs, it is prompting to verify my identity again. However, when I click on the "verify my identity" button, it says I am not eligible to verify my location. I need this to get worked out soon as I am hoping to apply to several more jobs this week.

I'm trying to do this but no image ever shows up and I get a message that there was an error with my ID.  How do I get around this?

Frustrated.

 

Can not enter my location.

 

No prompts.

I tried to go through the automated process, but Upwork told me I have to contact customer support. When I try to contact customer support, it only lets me post to the this forum (not giving me options for email, phone, etc). Can you PLEASE help me - not sure why it wasn't accepting my license.
