Hi Kimberly,

 

Please, make sure the picture of your ID is clear, the information on it can be easily read, all four edges of the ID are visible and the name on it should match your legal and profile names. The file needs to be at least 200dpi. You can see the requirements on the right side of the submission form.

I am having the same issue and have emailed numerous times but no one will solve this problem. What is my next step since I tried again to day and it keeps telling me: 

You've reached the maximum allowable tries

You’ve reached the maximum number of tries for uploading your ID.
Please contact customer support.
