The ID uploader isn't working, and I can't figure out how to verify my identity. All the help articles talk about following links in emails, and I haven't gotten any such emails. This is incredibly frustrating.
I've received the below message on my account, and it's preventing me from applying for any work.
"You've reached the maximum number of tries to upload your ID. Please contact customer support."
Could someone look into this please, since I'm not really sure how to get passed this. Thanks
