Hi Nermina,

 

Please, follow the link in the notification you see at the top of your account and in the email to start a chat with one of our agents. It’s not necessary to have a webcam to start a chat . You can ask them your questions about the process and they will be able to better assist you.
I would also like to remind that you need to upload an image from yourself, this type of images are not allowed. Thank you.

Hello,

I received an email informing about the need of verify my account and a link was provided. That link is not working because the video chat doesn't start when  I click. So, I have my account blocked and I don't know what could I do.  Could you kindlly suggest any solution, please?

Thank you very much for you answer, but I tried to contact through support bot with them, and it tells that I need to click in the link that I received. But it doesn't work. I use Chrome.

When I enter the Upwork page today, I read there´s an action required to verify my account via Video call, I clicked on it and it sends me to the help page, the help page tells me I must had received an email to start the verification process, but I did not receive any email, I checked on my spam folder and also wasn´t there.

Could you help me with that?.
