Hello, it says on my notification that my payment has been processed. I checked on my bank account then no funds have been transferred. Do I still have to wait more days?

Hi, I've been using EON card of Unionbank. I haven't tried others so I can't say this is the best, but this fits my preferences.

Use local bank transfer. It's cheaper and from my experience I just have to wait a day for my Upwork withdrawal.

Is there any additional charge from the local bank when you withdraw the fund from them, aside from the $0.99 deducted by Upwork?

Hi Shi Pauline, 


Because of our banking relationships, Upwork transfers are not currently charged any incoming remittance fees by the following banks:

  • Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI Direct and BPI Family Savings accounts don't qualify for this waiver)
  • Banco de Oro
  • Standard Chartered Bank

For other local banks, there is a service fee of Php 100 to Php 150 charge. You may verify this with your local bank.

I just got in touch with BDO to check if the BRSTN Number that you have listed on your support docs is correct because I am having a hard time withdrawing my funds this month. First attempt failed and the funds are returned back to my upwork account. Second attempt, still waiting besides the fact that I was told in the payment has been processed email to expect the funds to arrive on 17 May 2018. Up until today (19 May 2018), the funds are still not in my bank account.

BDO said they don't have a BRSTN code for theit parent bank. What they do have and can give away is a SWIFT Code: BNORPHMM

Can you use that? I mean I still am waiting for my funds. I already have an open support ticket for it.
