Six months ago, payment confirmations must be backed up with the emailed notification that the payment has been processed already. Has this been changed?

There used to be an incoming remittance fee of Php 100.00 per transaction but the most recent entries in my bank statement does not reflect the deduction anymore. Is it possible that things have been cleared because of the ePaycard issue?
I did LFT to a BDO account, the only email confirmation I got was that I requested a payment from Upwork to my local bank. I just want to ask, should I be expecting another email as confirmation when to get the funds or it was successful or not? This is the first time that I'd be transferring to BDO and I do not remember if I had to wait for another email before. Last time I had a contract through Upwork was back in 2015.

You should be getting another email from Upwork regarding your request being successfully processed. The email would contain the actual amount (in Php) that should be transferred to your account in about 1-2 days.
When you receive the notice for your withdrawal request's successful processing, you can expect the funds to be available the next day, usually during the late afternoon or evening. BDO or Upwork will not notify you if the funds are already available, though, so you need to check manually.
LFTs are affected by Philippine holidays and US holidays, so you can expect delays in fund transfers whenever there are national or federal holidays.

Hi I transferred my funds to may local Bank last april 26 but up until now it's not reflecting on my bank. I also went to my bank to ask why is it not reflecting but they don't have any answers to it as well. I used BDO Kabayan.
