Suddenly, my upwork account is showing this "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support." But I did not get any mail or notificaions informing suspension reasons.
Urgently need some help.
I have the same issue, I did not get any email with explanation why my account is suspended. I can't even contact tech support? Can someone tell us what is happening and how can we fix this?
I had this happen to me over the weekend while working on a job. It's no big deal but it did take about an hour to get in line and answer a couple questions. The link on the email takes you directly to the video chat and they do everything you just have to sit there.
