$29.99 deducted for job posting

Hi, I have been charged $29.99 for a job posting and this is unexpected. Can somehow I refund the money?

Upwork should alert me that checking a box for Premium job posting would cost $29.99 otherwise, I defiantly would understand this service is free. This is really an unexpected thing I even faced in Upwork.

I would like to refund $29.99. If Upwork needs, I could remove my job posting, I haven't hire anyone yet.
