About login problem

Hi, We used to have an upwork account by using gmail, and it state "You have not activated the Google sign in method for this account. Please choose another sign in method for this email address.", anyone know how to activate or get our account back?

Hi,

 

I am having the same problem with my**Edited for community guidelines** account. I've had to make an additional account in order to contact you as I receive the following message every time I attempt to log-in:

 

"You have not activated the Google sign in method for this account. Please choose another sign in method for this email address."

 

I initially created an account and posted an *on-going* job with **Edited for community guidelines**. I have since had to change this email to **Edited for community guidelines** which is when everything started to go wrong. I'd like to regain access to this original account that I had posted a job on so I can get back to my proposals.

I changed my email address recently and I'm seeing this message.

Just to confirm, are you seeing this message whenever you try signing in using Google? If so, note that you don't have this option enabled on your account, so you will not be able to use it. Try logging in by simply typing in your email and password, and please let me know if that works. In addition, if you wish to enable the option to sign in with Google, you can do so by going to Settings > Connected services once you access your account.

Please, I need to solve this issue.

This is contradictory. 

The thing is that I am not able to log in with my password neither!

Hello my original account login is definitely not working. it shows the message that supposdly my google email is not activated for login etc. have plenty of jobs there that need to continue with. pls help asap. it started after I tried to change my email cause i didnt want to recieve emails to the email i had. and i put wrong password over 3 times then it just loged me out. and cant log back in in any way.
