I hired a freelancer and when I thought the job was done, I 'ended the contract'. Left great feedback but apparently I was requesting a refund and this may effect her standing. How do I reverse this?? Thank you
This will not affect your freelancer. There's no option to cancel a refund request Your freelancer can respond to it and decline by selecting the second option (I do not approve this request and want to file a dispute). This will then be sent to our Dispute Team, and you have the option to ask the team to cancel the refund request and close the dispute.
