It has been communicated to me that my account has been suspended, and the cc has expired, when I communicated with the contractor he said he was paid in full, so why did I get this notice?
The next time I attempted to sign in it said CC expired, I changed the cc on file and it was indicated that I had a balance and it would be resolved within 2 days..... now I still 3 days later am awaiting that restriction to be removed. How can I get this done?
