Hello, hoping you are keeping well.
I have a friend who has a freelancer account and he has been suspended. He did not receive an email accompanying this suspension and therefore decided to contact support via mail. The ticket has not been assigned to any agent as of now and he has also been restricted from starting a discussion here on Upwork Community. He has requested me to post on his behalf so that his issue can be assigned to an agent or escalated to the right department and hopefully get his account reinstated. This here is his ticket number - Request #33750960.
I would appreciate any assistance in the matter.
